陆陶陶专攻学龄前和学龄儿童、青少年以及有特殊需要的儿童服务。她擅长使用游戏治疗、叙事疗法、焦点解决短期治疗和个人中心治疗来支持儿童的发展。陶陶还接受过中美游戏疗愈系统培训项目的培训。在加入学建之前，她曾在美国和中国担任早期双语教师，并也通过其他不同的角色积累了为儿童和年轻人服务的丰富经验。此外，陶陶还在一家支持特殊群体的非政府组织当担任过四年多的志愿者。凭借多年与不同背景家庭打交道的经验，她对儿童与家庭的关系有了更全面的了解，并在孩子面临和克服挑战时给予支持。陶陶希望通过故事和游戏帮助更多的儿童和青少年克服心理障碍、应对社会挑战。

Taotao specializes in working with preschool and school-age children, adolescents, and children with special needs. Her expertise lies in using play therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and person-centered therapy to support children’s development. Taotao is also trained with the SINO American Play Therapy Systematic Training Project. Prior to joining ELG, she gained experience working with children and young adults in various other roles, including being an early year bilingual teacher in the United States and China. Taotao has also been a volunteer for an NGO that supports the special needs community for over four years. Equipped with years of experience working with families from diverse backgrounds, she has gained a more comprehensive understanding of child-family dynamics that she uses to support children as they face and overcome challenges. Taotao is passionate about empowering children and youths to help them overcome psychological and social challenges through stories and play.
