作为学建项目助理总监，唐靓仪在协调和促进学建与项目家庭之间的沟通中发挥着重要作用。同时，她负责协调学建项目与其他部门之间的合作，以确保每个孩子都能得到最大程度的关怀和支持。在工作中，唐靓仪负责监督中文项目孩子们的个体发展计划（IDP）的设计和实施。她对儿童行为干预有着浓厚的兴趣和热情，并不断提高自己在日常工作中的学术实践与循证应用能力。唐靓仪认为父母和家庭在孩子的成长和进步过程中发挥着重要作用，并始终努力让孩子和家庭感受到来自学建的爱与支持。

Blair’s primary focus is making sure that parents are actively involved at ELG and she manages internal relationships at ELG to make sure that children are well supported in every aspect.  She helps coordinate the development and implementation of high-quality, individualized development plans for the Chinese program.  Blair’s interest in providing behavior interventions inspired her to pursue further certification, equipping her with the academic, evidence-based training to apply in her daily work with children. Blair believes that parents and caregivers play an important role in helping their children achieve the best outcomes for success and strives to help each family feel supported.
